I think you should stick with the PSU I recommended. And no need to shell out $10 extra on that ASUS card.

Yeah, swap the PSU that Ritwik7 added and switch the Asus Video card to the Sapphire one, and you've got a decent build. Should put you right around 650 total.

The thing about power supplies is that it is one of the MOST important pieces in a computer, so you have to make sure that it'll be a good one.

You could save a little cash by getting one of the Antec cases which include a power supply such as:
