Constant XP freezes..and now a crash with minidump

Constant XP freezes..and now a crash with minidump

can any1 help me.....for a few weeks the pc has just been freezing up, either by itself, or on application startup...no discernable application, randoms...

tonight for no reason on starting up steam game...pc crashed and created a minidump...first time...the freezes dont create one..

this crash and dmp may not be realated to the freezes...but i am hoping it is....

Probably caused by : win32k.sys
Try bringing your XP machine down to 2Gig (ie if you have 4 x1Gig, remove two of them)
Whilst doing this, also reconnect all drives (unplug, and plug back in)

Also run >Memtest scan for 7 passes
