computer booted normal mode if i try to start the restore service I get the 1053 error

If (HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\crashonauditfail) is set to 2, change its value to 0, then change the GPO's to disable "Audit: Shut down system immediately if unable to log security alerts", and change the retention method of the security event log to "Overwrite events as needed?.

Hi Guys thanks for all the replies end solution was to create a new user and transfer data it ended up being a corrupt user profile.
