New motherboard help

I'm looking to get a new motherboard for a friend . He wants an intel with 4 usb's , and would be nice if it had 4 spots for ddr2 and is Not an Srock.Only because the place i buy my gear from doesn't sell Srock Also price has to be low like around 50-75 US dollars. Thank you for your help.

pentium duel core E6300 2.8g is the processor and yes i can use online retailers ,i preferr to buy from Mwave because thats where i have bought from in the past ,but it doesn't matter.I'm leaning to a Gigabyte GA-EP43-UD3L LGA775 INTEL43
