How to find and post your Minidump Files:
My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.
It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip; if you only have one or two you don’t need to zip them, just attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.

Sounds like possible malware. I recommend that you use a Live CD to test. I suggest F-Secure, but many others exist.

Just to make sure, does it start to load the CD or USB, and then fail part way through?

Make sure that the CD drive or USB device is set to be the first to boot in the BIOS.

Did it detect anything?
In my experience, I have found 0xD1 BSODs to be caused by third-party device drivers most often. Try removing all non-essential hardware, such as network adapters, USB devices, etc.
Are all the codes the same? Is the same driver displayed every time?

Yeah it found 12 cases of malware! and it said the master boot record had mbr malware.There isn't any other hardware connected to the laptop at the present moment. Before the laptop stopped letting me into windows. at every windows log in a "New hardware found" dialog would popup even though there was nothing connected to it!

Try booting from the XP CD and doing a repair now.
