BSOD on Vista. Error 0x9f

Hello.
I'm hoping someone can help my with BSOD problem. Ive had my Toshiba for about 2 and a half years and have had BSOD problems about 4 times. It has recently happened again and I want to make sure the problem is fixed, unlike the last few times where it ends up reoccuring. I called geeksquad and all they could tell me is that it's a virus and I'll have to pay to get get it removed. Anyways. I have been reading over many of forums trying to solve this problem and I am not that computer savvy to figure out what exactly to do. I have ran BlueScreenView and here is what I come up with.

Hello,

It appears your O2 Card Reader drivers are the cause. The manufactuer does not release drivers to the general public, so check on the downloads page for your laptop.

If you need help with that, please post the model of your laptop.

If you can't find drivers newer than the ones below, disable the device in Device Manager. Again, if you need help, just ask.

Your current drivers:
Code:
o2mdx64.sys Mon Apr 14 21:53:29 2008 (48040A99)
o2sdx64.sys Thu Apr 03 02:51:24 2008 (47F47E6C)

I have a Toshiba Satellite M305D.
Where can I find the download page for the drivers?
Also, does it seem that this was the cause for the second BSOD as well?

Thanks so much!

There's no official rule saying you can't post in multiple forums, but it is helpful if you keep to one, until it is either solved or given up upon.

My friend Rich on Vista Forums might have suggested things I was not aware of, and same with me.

I looked on the Toshiba downloads page, and I did not see your drivers listed. Do you use the card reader much? Would it be much of a problem to disable it? If not, go to Device Manager, right-click on it, and select "disable".

I do use it a lot but I'm thinking of getting the usb memory card reader. I'll disable it for now or use another laptop to upload photos.

Thank you so much for your help! I'm so tired of dealing with Geek squad when all they do is charge me on top of the stupid insurance I bought!
