Bluescreen and PC restarts after a while - Windows 7

Most likely your system is creating the minidumps. Here this is easier:

How to find and post your Minidump Files:


My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps. Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip; if you only have one or two you don’t need to zip them, just attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually.


Also, please answer my questions in my first reply.

Sorry being late to answer,i do not know about dmp files, i see the file in c:/Windows but i do not know what to do with it. how to open it .is there a way how to post it ?

Next time you go to post scroll down, find the Manage Attachments button and click it on.

1. A screen will pop up with the option Upload File from your Computer with a Browse option button.

2. Click that on and look for My Computer and specifically your C Drive icon. Click that icon on and find your minidump files.

3. Once you find them click the file(s)on, hit Open, and then the Upload button.


4. Submit your reply.

i reinstalled windows7 to its factory default but still the blue screen happen .Thank you.

sory i thought it was attached, but i see now that it says it excceds the size and can not be attached, i tried to zip it to reduce the size but winzip started asking me about emails and password and a lot of headache. is there a simple way to reduce the size of this Dump file please?.Thanks in advance.

Yes, what war59312 linked you to in his post. Follow those directions and you will be able to create smaller, attachable minidumps.

Did either cite the probable cause?

0xA errors are caused by either faulty hardware or drivers attempting to access a higher IRQ Level than they are designed for resulting in system crashes.

, i didnt understand what you mean all package, but this is what i got when i loaded the file on windebugger, if i did it wrong let me know plz, i do not understand what these symbole mean,i just reistalled win7 from the erecovery, i tested the RAAM and Hard drive with the system utilities. i work fine on the pc for a while but then sometimes it shows that blue screen and restart.

Edit: oh you mean the package of win debug? i think i did download all the package yep .

This is the last Minidump i`ve on my pc,as i told you i reinstalled a fresh copy of windows 7, so i lost all the old ones minidump. Here is the last one that happened today. Thank you for the support. :

Any suggestion? didnt hear from somebody?. i`ve an empty slot on my desktop, do you think guys i should just buy another graphic card and replace the integrated one? i`ve a feeling it is the graphic card problem and not a driver or any software, because i reinstaled a fresh windows 7. and i tested the RAM and hard disk with thw windows 7 utilities and it shows no errors or problems with them at all.
Any advise or suggestion will be appreciated.Thanks.

With what you give us by minidump information there are parts missing; thus the request for the minidumps to be attached in order to read them.

0x3B errors are usually caused by video card drivers. Go to Acer's website, find your exact model system and update their latest drivers for your system, especially video drivers.

Thanks, i do not know how to post or attach the whole Minidmp file , but i think am posting all of them one by one after i open them.here is the last one i`ve on my folder.: by the way i downloaded the latest Beta driver of my Gforce graphic card, but still it crash with this bue screen.

For your video card drivers do the following...

1. Download Driver Sweeper free version to your desktop screen and install.

2. Download the latest diver(s) for your video card but don't install them.

3. Uninstall your video card drivers and reboot your PC into Safe Mode. Run Driver Sweeper but ONLY for the video card drivers. I had someone use it on their chipset drivers! If it doesn't find any video card drivers that is quite okay; just leave all other drivers alone.

4. Reboot and install new video card drivers.

Just an updateto my problem, i deleted the Mcafe,Norton backup,microsoft office expired,,i reinstaled Avg, didnt work same problem, and then Avast , didnt work always blue screen. In the end i deleted all the antivirus , cleaned my Registry, and i installed THE WINDOWS SECURITY ANTIVIRUS. now my pc works fine with no blue screen.I guess the problem was that most of the antivirus do not work well with some of the windows 7.Thanks for your support.

Okay, here is a major rule: One antivirus, One firewall, One antispyware/malware OR One security suit running in real time protection and no more. No wonder on why you were having issues. Those various antiviruses were conflicting with each other.
