now if i enter Disk Management its shown as disk one but it ask's me to initalize it and i cant afford to lose all the information i have on it. How can i get the information off of it?

You could try this: Ubuntu Live CD to back up files from your dead Windows

so this will get all my files back from my hdd, but i cant even get it open to see if its all there

it wont even show up under my computer the only place it will show up is under Disk MAnagment
