all these problems starts after i reformatted my computer this year..it was a gift from my friends..when he use it there is no problem at all..

please help..

try other Operating system

you may try these things
1- Do not execute quick format , Do normal NTFS format, it will take several mins
2- change the CD from which you previously did your installation. (try other os)
3- update chipset , VGA, and BIOS drivers at last

the other computer that using the same cd installation doesnt have these problem..
and i used driver genius to update my driver..i think all of it is updated..

Driver Genius may not be the right program to use on a newly formatted computer. Get the motherboard drivers from the motherboards manufacturer's support website. What are your complete system specs?

So are you going to get the motherboard drivers from ECS for Windows 7 64-bit? The video card drivers should come from Nvidia downloads. Get the idea?

the video card is already up to date..but the IDE driver keeps saying that windows dont have enough components and setup is failed..i dont understand this..:(

Are there any yellow exclamation points in the device manager? Go into Control Panel, System, Device Manager

suspect a memory problem. try shutting down the computer and pulling one stick of memory out, if u get bsod, remove it (the one stick you left in) and replace with the other one. if No BSOD then the problem is in your hand. if its only one 4g stick, try replacing it with a stick of compatible ram.
btw why did you format in the first place?

hmm..now my laptop too have the same problem with my desktop computer..it started to show the fast notification then disappear. is there any chance that the problem is with the windows installer?

"btw why did you format in the first place?"...

faizrajaie, you never answered this question. Did you also reformat your desktop?

owh..sorry..the computer was a gift from my friend that graduated from here..its full of crappy software and his personal stuff..so instead of deleting all the file one by one, i decided to format it..
