Inactive [A] Virus stopping me from opening most files ECT

Well here the error I keep getting I can't even look at my system specs.

(C:/WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe)


I can't even get rid of it I don't know how, well I'm not even a genious. So I would be appreciated if anyone helped I have a MSI U100 series The stickers say Intel atom inside and designed for windows xp then it says energy star so anyone could help?:blackeye:


P.S when I download stuff or open files it tells me to open something with it but I cannot. Oh and I can't even use my volume nothing happens when I press it but, luckily I have a sound button on the keyboard
