Using nero 6, can I create entire image of a drive on CD ?

If yes, how ?

It would have to be a very small drive to fit on a CD..

Nero comes with a backup utility but it does not create drive images - it only copies the files. For drive imaging you want to use Norton Ghost or Drive Image.

Actually my priblem is different.
I have windows XP installed on a 1400mb drive.
XP installation takes a lot of time on my system, so what I want to
do is make 2 CDs of that drive so that I can simply copy those CDS
on that drive and start with XP.

You need a program like Drive Image or Norton Ghost or Acronis Trueimage.
They all can burn an image of your HD, spread over a number of CDs.
When you want to re-install your Windows from those CDs, you will need to RESTORE those CDs using the same program you made the image with. Not just copying, that will not work.

Might be easier to install a second HD, install the image program on it, and store the image on that second HD as well.

No, Nero burns whatever you want, but does not take images of a HD
