Ati radeoon 9700 pro + lg flatron L1915s = signale out of range?

hi. new here. the site apears to be the place where you acutally can get some answers.
problemdiscription:
just bought a new laptop with ati radeon 9700 pro. when i connect my fairly new 19" tft from lg (L 1915s) with the laptop i got a message on my 19" saying "singale out of range". so i looked through the manual where the actually were a section covering my problem but it didnt work.
so i asked my friend and he repsonded "well just download newer driver", so i did. i didnt work either. half way trough the install a error occurd saying "INF error: video driver not found".
anybody got a clue about any of my problem?

what did it say to do in the manual? If u have XP then go into the control pannel, and click on the icon thats labeled "Wireless Network Setup Wizard" you might be able to fix the problem in there. Also try moving around your town, like to a park or something thats not obstructed by too many trees and try to connect to the net there.

Try setting your refresh rate at 60 and your screen resolution at 800x600. That might solve your problem.
