My way of cooling

Here is my way of cooling. First, i feel how hot it is in my room. Usually, i keep my door closed and the temperature usually is around 85-95 in my room.

Next thing i do is this: take off the side panel on my case

then i take a big fan usually my heavy duty big one, and i stick it right next to the thing. My amd today was running at 63*c. After doing my work while keeping the computer on, the thing goes down to a mere 36*c.

just my 2 cents on if you guys are running too hot.

There is no reason for the use of profanity on this board.
You wouldn't swear if you were in a meeting with a client or customer, or even a supervisor now would you?

People tend to take you more seriously and have more respect for you if you refrain from profanity.

The beginning of the end for unmonitored Internet forums?

For the first time, webmasters have been convicted for libellous remarks that were posted in their personal forums by Internet users.

At the beginning of the week, the courts convicted two webmasters who run private sites for libellous messages that were posted in their forums. The accused are not the persons who wrote the messages, nor are they the host.

After being told not to swear, he decides to use *s. Interpret this as you'd like NICK.

*** ****** ** ****** ** ****** ****** ** ****** **!!!

In case you were wondering, i just layed a SMACK DOWN!

Good idea with the fan, but why not just buy a cooling system for your computer that is more efficient than using an industrial fan? Cold air, along with dust and so on will be blown onto your computer at high speeds. Porbably not a good combination

Come to the unofficial IRC channel, and you can swear all you want.

But I hate the idea that someone might do a google search, find a techspotlight thread, and all this @:@yourmother:LDKKDDID*DUD/djsfkjsdfjkdj?!?!?"£? comes up. Please behave is all we ask.

Come on, that is lame! The, "all the other guys" defence doesn't hold any water.
Despite the fact I feel sorry that you are a product of the Public Education System, one would have to reasonably assume you are of age, & can comprehend the English Language. You did in fact read the rules before registering.

I think it's worthy to note that most of the www.TechSpot.com members are more advanced in cooling techniques, than merely taking the side cover off the case.

p.s. Your deleted profanities were laced with grammatical & punctuation errors. Saying your sorry while @ the same time changing your signature to the current one, raises questions in my mind as to your sincerity.

Personally, No. It's your brain.
However I don't think it sets a good example for the membership.
Neither does profanity.
