How to tell if amd is a 90nano cpu?

I just got the boxed amd64 3200.. Is there any way to check if its a 90nano instead of the 1.30 micro?

You could download everest and it should be able to tell you.

Or try Cpu-z. It's your choice, just find "process technology" and see what it says.

Look at the attachments of this post, to get the exact "model" of your CPU etc.
