We now have broken the 30K units milestone.

Thx to everyone who crunched with us to get us there & to those still crunching even if it makes their computer room as hot as a sauna.

Getting people into seti is like getting them into the IRC channel. Why are people so petered out on the idea?

Because they're afraid the aliens will come visit if they participate.

Not that I can see why that's such a bad idea. They bring a lot of tax-free goods, and clean up after themselves. Not like those pesky MiB's who just tears everything up trying to find the aliends, even though you try to explain to them that the aliens left hours ago....
