Hey, Anyone have any suggestions on this build? and also, how do you get the temperature of your computer? If you have to buy a thermo sensor seperately, where can you buy them from?

Looks alright to me.

As for knowing the temperature, its onboard on the processor. So a program that comes with your motherboard or one like Motherboard Manager will report it to you within Windows. There are programs in linux that will do the same.

My MSI motherboard came with utility programs to monitor voltage, temperature and fan speed. My ASUS graphics card also came with one.

Checking the manufacturer's website should tell you whether theirs does.

I really like what you are doing, researching the parts before buying them like this, it really is the way to go.

Usually, I download the motherboard manual of the mobo I intend to get, and take a look at that too. I also google for reviews on the board as well.

Can you tell us a bit more about what you will be using your system for? If you are a hard core gamer, you may want to consider a 256-bit graphics card.

ahh, i wouldn't spend money on a soltek. better yet would be one from the the msi k8n neo4 series.
