uninstall windows

i need help....
i have installed 2 OS on my PC....
how can i uninstall the one of them....
i have WIndows XP on drive c and drive d....
i am currently using windows XP on drive C...
i want to uninstall windows XP on drive D!!!
how??? THANKS

System specs
If there isn't anything on drive d that you want, then you can just format the drive and it will erase everything.

can i just delete the folder labeled windows on drive D???
