HiJackThis advice wanted

A few days ago I posted a log file from HiJack This. Unfortunatley, the version I used was somewhat out of date. I used the newer version, and created the below log file. Any advice on this log file will be greatly appreciated. Also, I'd like to add that I'm not the most techie person in the world, but if someone can point me in the right direction I can usually figure things out.

Go to this post here first, and follow the instructions EXACTLY, especially about UPDATING and HJT-location.

FIX all of your R0 - entries
FIX all of your R1 - entries
FIX all of your O16 - DPF: entries

Then post a new log, see How to post your Hijackthis log-files.
