can anyone send me a copy of the manual for this board or where to find it i have contacted hp but to no avail.
 
they need case serial number

i spoke online to a hp technician but they say they need serial number.
 
So give it to them!
There is no further news on the web about your PC.
What is your problem anyway? You don't always need a manuaul to solve them.
