I got a response back from a BFG tech guy.
In case anyone else has this problem I'm going to paste the email.

Thank you for your request. If the options are available and you are familiar with the bios. Try disabling AGP fast writes, and set the AGP apeture to half the total system ram.
This appears like it may still be driver related. I would recommend visiting
www.drivercleaner.net . Download the Driver Cleaner program installation file to a familiar spot on the system (where you will recall). Install it after downloading it. Also visit
www.nvidia.com and download the latest drivers if you don't have them. It's important to verify that you are installing the latest driver as newer drivers resolve issues.
Before proceeding it is usually best to make sure that you have the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard installed. In most cases an AGP 'mini-port' driver that the video card drivers need to work correctly, and is typically found on the chipset manufacturers web site. (Intel chipset:
www.intel.com - nForce chipset:
www.nvidia.com - VIA at
www.viaarena.com - SiS chipset:
www.sis.com - ALi chipset:
www.ali.com - AMD chipset:
www.amd.com)
Uninstall all display drivers from 'Add/Remove Programs' in 'Control Panel'. You will be prompted to reboot. Cancel the 'New Hardware...' and run the Driver Cleaner program following their instructions. Reboot and cancel the 'New Hardware...' again. Disable any virus software, SpyWare checkers or script blockers running on the machine (as they interfere with driver installations). Then install the latest drivers following the defaults.
