I recently formatted and installed css from steam, everything is fine up until i try to join any server. When I click join the loading screen instantly comes up with 2 'bars' already loaded, and it doesnt get past that point. After awhile an error comes up saing that it could not connect in 4 tries.

There's probably an easy way to fix this but I just cant think of it. I've checked the network settings, I've turned my firewall off, and I've disconnected my router connection, and none of them were the cause of the problem. I also re-installed css, which didnt fix the problem.
