I've had this on my desktop for about a week.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

First go HERE and follow the instructions exactly. Especially about updating and HJT placement.

Once you have done that, please post a fresh HJT log.

While we wait for a fresh HJT-log, check the Display Properties, look in the Background and Web tabs, it's probably lurking there.
