.chm files will NOT open, they ask me to save or open again when i open them.

Can someone PLEASE help me, I have an Ebook on php id like to use.

Its, where are you getting the file from and such?

I got it from my mom who works for the school district, I believe it has something to do with a new correspondence course available in our area, and Ive always wanted to learn php... so...
