Can not install Nero Vision Express 3.1.0.14a

Hi,

I am trying to install NVE 3.1.0.14a and it keeps failing after installing neroPhotosnap, never getting to the Vision Express portion.

What can I do to get around this, I really don't care about neroPhotosnap, its vision express that I want.

Can you do a CUSTOM install, bypassing the PhotoSnap?

Also, Nero has the unpleasant habit of refusing next attempts if one fails, unless you completely remove the failed installation from registry as well!
 
Need more info

I can't figure out how to bypass photosnap, also, I don't know how to clean everything especially the registry?

During install, the program first unpacks itself in your Documents & Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temp\RarSFX0
Then it asks to continue.

Try to 'wreck' the Photosnap install by copying e.g. Notepad.exe into the \NeroPhotosnap directory, then rename Photosnap.exe into test.exe and notepad.exe into Photosnap.exe
Copy Notepad again into it and do the same for PhotosnapViewer.exe -> test1.exe
Now continue the setup.

If it fails, get a newer version of it from nero's website.
(The older Version 3.1.0.0 installs without any problems.)
