Boot Err

Hey guys, your friendly neighborhood newbie comes to you once again, with a question of his idiocracy! Yes, it's me. Okay, sorry. Im done.

Here's the problem. Im running Mandrake Right now, that boots fine, blah. Im trying to boot into windows however, which is running on another drive. I've got VMWare 5.0 running, and I told it to utliize the whole drive ( The one that windows is on ). It runs through BIOS, then jumps into some BS screen that's like:

L 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07 07

Or something to that extent. Thoughts? Any ideas would be awesome to hear. Thanks again.

Was Windows installed first and on the first active Drive? If yes ,I would suggest a corrupted Lilo/Grub.
Check the boyz over here ,they are good at this Linux stuff.
