Visiontek branded cards soon?

x-bit labs reports that we should start seeing Visiontek branded cards back in retail soon. Apparently intangible assets of the bankrupt company were acquired by the Hartford Computer Group, so now they own both the 'Visiontek' and 'Xtasy' names that were once pretty popular among gamers.

The article mentions that NVIDIA is showing little interest in promoting this new company since they've got a new deal with BFG Tech and is probable 'the new Visiontek' will have ATI based boards for gamers instead... more competition = GOOD .

I may just have to get a Visiontek 9700 Pro

Well that's good. A company that manufacturers both ATi and NVIDIA chips.
