Ctrl+alt+delete wont work >_< please help i have virusesss

When i turn on my computer i see MC-58-12-0000140.exe, or somehting like taht... i cant open ctrl alt delete and my Ad Aware scans find trojans and stuff... I tried using an online anti-virus but that didnt work either.. it keeps cloning itself Please please help me...

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

First, go and have your computer scanned with this online scanner. Trend Houscall online scanner.

Then, go and read both these threads by RBS. Follow all the instructions exactly.

How to remove Trojans and its ilk! and How to remove Begin2search / coolwebsearch and other nasties.

If you`re still having problems after that, see How to post your Hijackthis log-file as an ATTACHMENT.

I posted my response to your problem at 9:32pm. At 9:33pm you copied and pasted your Hijackthis log.

You obviously didn`t follow any of the instructions.

Your system is full of malware etc. Please go and follow the instructions, that I gave you.

Then we may be able to help.

I did but.. the MC-58-12-000140.exe is still there and sometimes it becomes MC-58-12-0000137.exe >< whats goinng onnn

I`m sorry kookie, but your HJT log needs to be in the form of a text document, with a txt extension.

This is because it is very easy for someone to get a virus ect by opening a doc file.

Some folks just don`t seem to be able to follow the instructions, exactly or otherwise.
