another IRQL_LESS_THAN_EQUAL, minidumps inside

OK, these happen completely random and I have no idea what's causing it, but I have gotten these specific file errors which have me led to thinking I should update drivers, but some I don't know where to start. All I have updated so far is my ati 9600XT card, to the catalyst 5.10

ati2cqag.dll
ati2dvag.dll
ati3duag.dll
drivers_irql_not_less_or_equal
bugcode_usb_driver
winarp.sys
win32k.sys
ks.sys
ntfs.sys
pfn_list_corrupt
page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
bad_pool_caller

Here are my specs.
AMD Sempron 3100+
1.81 ghz
1 gb ram
windows XP PRO sp2

Now for teh minidumps.

I've got 225 dumps,
217 of them 92 kb. 6 of them 96 kb. 2 of them 100 kb. I included 1 of each.
2 of the 100 kb to see if I could fit it in
Attached Files
File Type: zip Minidumpings2.zip (90.3 KB, 2 views)

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your ram may be faulty, as one of your minidumps crashes with memory corruption.

Go HERE and follow the instructions for testing your ram, and running a disk check.
