PC freezes or BSODs when rendering video in Ulead Video Studio 8

Hi,

My Shuttle PC freezes when rendering in Ulead Video Studio 8. On a rare occasion it has completed the task, but normally bombs at anything between 12% and 50% of completion.

I've applied all latest drivers & patches for XP Pro, the ATI graphics card and Video Studio.

The problem doesn't occur with any other activity. I've run the Microsoft OCA memory test several times with no problems shown.

A minidump is attached (only been able to produce one) as is a system summary file produced by Everest Home Edition.

Thanks for any help or advice.

Robin

Hi Glynderi,

Bugcheck code 9C is hardware problem and it is difficult to diagnostic the root cause. It may be related to faulty Video card.
