PC shuts down after a while.

Hi,
I recently bought a PC with the configuration:
Intel P4 2.66 Processor
P4M800-m7(v1.0) motherboard
Windows XP Professional(SP1)
Seagate SATA IDE hard disk

The PC runs well for a while but restarts automatically. I disabled automatic restart in Windows XP->My Computer->Properties->Advanced->Startup & recovery. It just ends up in a blank screen. Has anybody else faced this problem...

Do you get a crash log after the PC reboots (ie a 'system has recovered...serious error...') if so, there should be a minidump file that you can zip and post here. Also, what programs are you using before it crashes?
It could be faulty RAM though.
