Help me to get rid of the 0x0000009C!

I always get the following blue screens when playing games and it looks like this and sometimes may different like 0x0000007F and so on.

MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION
STOP:0x0000009C(0x00000004,0x00000000,0xB2000000,0x00020151)

I'm not experienced to check my computer's hardware manually, maybe you can help me to get rid of it. Also, if a blue screen appeared, I will sometimes unable to boot well and it crashes when booting.

I've got some minidumps for many times that it crashes. If someone can help you, please post it below.

My computer:
Intel Celeron 1.1GHz
128 MB RAM
nVidia GeForce2 MX
AC97 Audio
Maxtor 6E040L0 40GB Hard Disk
1 ATAPI DVD-ROM 16X
1 Samsung Combo 52X CD-R/24X CD-RW
Samsung Syncmaster 743DF
Canon S400SP
Windows 2000 Professional SP4
ATX 200V Power Supply
Installed Stardock WindowBlinds, IconPackager, ObjectBar, ThemeManager (I don't think these programs will cause the crash.)

All those problems appeared when I first tried to install FreeDOS on this computer but it failed and caused the problems. Maybe its data cannot be removed. And then because the CPU fan's problem and caused the power burned and I bought a new one. And the computer looks fine in 20 days until February 16th.

I tried to find the problem for the computer likes mine, but I haven't got it. However, maybe it's a new thing in computer problems that no antidotes to get rid of it.

What should I do? Could you help me?

Hi,

The error code is _VAL_UC_EN_PCC_MEMHIRERR_51 which stands for instructon fetch error at L1 cache memory. Probably the culprit is faulty CPU.

Thanks

However, this problem was fixed already, but now there was a list of following crashes like that I reorganized from the event viewer.

STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000001, 0x8054D370, 0xF2000000, 0x00000125)
STOP: 0x00000024 (0x001902FE, 0xF3BE36B4, 0xF3BE33B0, 0x 805785A8)
STOP: 0x0000009C (0x00000004, 0x8054D370, 0xB2000000, 0x00020151)

Help me to find them. Minidumps are ready.

Two things come to mind: 128Mb RAM, you've got to be kidding, and you're trying to run Win2000? Seriously that is not enough mem and I'm surprised it even loads the OS.
Second: is the PSU, did you mean 200Watts, not 200Volts? If you are running 1 HDD and 2 DVD players and this PSU is getting old, most likely this is your problem. Unplug the DVD's for now and see if that reduces the BSODs.
An underpowered system like this can BSOD frequently and it's always a hardware corruption thing because the electronics don't have enough power to work like they are supposes to.

Cheers.
