My computer crashes to the blue screen when logging into snapfish.com I ran all the diagnostics on this forum and still have the probem. I've attached my minidump files. Thanks for the help!

3 minidumps crash at mrxsmb.sys. Windows NT SMB Minirdriver.

2 miniumps crash with an unknown image.

They all reference LSASS.EXE as the owning process and have a bugcheck of 8E.

0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

LSASS.exe can be associated with the Sasser worm. Thoroughly check your system for viruses etc. Download the latest virus definitions for your av programme. Also, download and run the latest version of Microsoft`s malicious removal tool.

Please let us know if you find any viruses etc.
