Will this ruin my computer ( installing program )

Im trying to install a program and a box popped up .....

if i click ok will it do anything to my comp .
I have windows Xp ... and I just bought it this december

What program are you trying to install?

It looks pretty safe to me, but I can't really say that as an absolute without a context.

Ah, great.

That is perfectly fine. It's a standard warning. If you're not using any kernel mode debuggers it's fine, and if you don't know what one is, you're probably not using one
