Hello Guys could someone tell me what the reccomended speed i should overclock my cpu to thnx guys

Have researched the issues of OCing, like cooling and device wearout?
A good OC would be 10-20% increase of the stock freq. What is the stock freq of a 3200, 2.2GHz? So if you got 2.4 to 2.6Hz that would be good.
