i've done these things trying to fix it:-
1- updated all drivers
2- updated BIOS
3- formated and re-installed windows
4- disabled bios shadwing and caching
5- ran RAM diagnostics (memtest)----> 9 tests pass
6- made sure there is no overheating (i have 2 120mm fans)
7- no overclocking
8- PSU is 400W
9- ran virus and spyware scan
10- even change HD and IDE cables

But still no change

is there a solution for this

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

A bugcheck of 9C means you have some kind of hardware failure, see below.

0x0000009C: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION

This is a hardware issue: an unrecoverable hardware error has occurred. The parameters have different meanings depending on what type of CPU you have but, while diagnostic, rarely lead to a clear solution. Most commonly it results from overheating, from failed hardware (RAM, CPU, hardware bus, power supply, etc.), or from pushing hardware beyond its capabilities (e.g., overclocking a CPU).

I suggest you disconnect anything not required to run your system. Check for overheating, check your ram/psu etc.

Go HERE and follow the instructions for testing you ram/hard drive/page file.

i'm trying speedfan ... so far so good so i think it is an overheating problem...
i'll try also changing the cpu cooling system to a better one...

thanks for the advice ....
