BSOD help with minidump
hi there....
i havenīt had a BSOD in a while .... but 10 min... ago :hotouch: it happened while : surfing the net... backing up a DVD and trying to open an avi file..... in the admin tools \ event viewer \ the error was under aplications... looking at the event viewer \ aplication : i see similar errors but had no BSOD!! category (50) event ID 4609 the COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during its internal processing. HRESULT was C0000005 from line 44 of d:\qxp_slp\com\comlx\src\events\tier1\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact Microsoft .... actually iīm not sure the BSOD is related to this error..... (but they have same time and date) aparently iīve been geting these exact error since 22.4.06 , but only today got a BSOD.. any help on what this all means... |
