I guess it's kind of and American saying, Nic.

donnybrook.

1 : FREE-FOR-ALL, BRAWL
2 : a usually public quarrel or dispute

good point

thx for the recommendation, abraxas........i guess what i meant was, that it was a folk tale then, and, fairly popular.............in other words, there we're seven samurai even before the movie.......way back then

*I think we're all lightened up a little bit*

Heh, thanks for the age remarks guys

I dont think Mortal Kombat had a good plot, but I think the fight scenes make up for it :P

In no particular order:

1) Evil Dead trilogy
2) Twin Peaks "Fire Walk With Me"
3) Lost Highway
4) Highlander (the first one)
5) Star Trek 2
6) Aliens 2
7) High Plains Drifter
8) Pulp Fiction
9) The Thing
10) Maximum Overdrive

I'm sure I left some out, it was hard to choose ten.
An honorable mention should go out to all the B5 movies, while they were never cinema features, which I assumed made them not applicable here, I think they, along with the B5 series were some of the greatest works of art ever to grace a television.

Well, I like most of the ones mentioned and, unless I missed it being mentioned, one of my favorite cult movies "Eating Raoul" If you haven't seen it I suggest you hunt it down.

I personally like Boondock Saints, as well as Dumb and Dumber. Those are probably my 2 most favorite.
