Need help with ipconfig.
When ever I try ipconfig, ping, or tracert ( Start-Run-ipcongig)the black box pops up and then disappears. Am I doing something wrong?

First click on Start/Run and type in CMD + Enter
Then in the Command-box type in: ipconfig /all + Enter
