Good logo creator and pic editor
Does anyone know of a good logo creator? or a good photo editor? I hadda uninstall my Office 2007 Pro Plus beta, so I'm kind of out of options right now.
I'm kinda on a budget, so preferably free  |

Tried logon studio? Wincustomize has a lot of cool stuff, though not all is free, logon studio is.

Yes, Paint should do. If you want, here are a couple other programs that work quite well and can do much more. Yes, they are "free"
