SOCOM is worth it. I have FTB2 i beat it kind of quick but its good. I know all the owners are excited bout SOCOM for PS3 though i know i am. GRAW 2, Rainbow 6 Las Vegas, Hope that splinter Cell Conviction comes out for the PS3...regardless I cant wait

Check out Motorstorm and Full Auto 2, both games look great, Full auto 2 even runs at full 1080P if your TV can handle it. I've got a Motorstorm tournament on Gamespot @ 6pm CT, it can be watched live from their site tonight.

I don't know if they have any plans for that, I think the next RE game for PS3 with be RE5. On another note RE4 for PS2 works just fine on the PS3. As soon as the ver. 2.0 update comes out that all PS2 games and DVD movies will be upscaled to your TV's resolution.

Kickass. Oblivion already looks amazing at 1080i (which is the max resolution my HDTV supports). I guess I'll get MotorStorm & Full Auto 2 then.

I tried downloading to update from my PC to transfer it to my PSP and still no success.

Sad thing is i do IT and cant solve this issue.

As far as oblivion is concerned it seems like one of the best PS3 games. COD4, GRAW 2, Rainbow six vegas, Madden 08 and if they decide, Splinter Cell: Conviction all seem to be great games that will be out b4 this year is over.

Not sure bout MGS 4, but that im sure will dominate.

Lets not forget GTA4

I have reisitance...I like the online play better then the single player...I have Splinter cell Double agent for PS2...I heard its great for the PS3 too

Ridge Racer 7 is probably one of the worst driving games I've ever played - and it's a shame because I used to love the Ridge Racer series. The physics/mechanics are rediculous. Please download the demo before making a purchase.

Also, if you have a fairly powerful computer Oblivion actually looks better on the PC. Fairly is only a machine with an X1950, equivalent, or faster.

OMFG they are making the Ace combat 6 for the XBOX360...Gameinformer, i have a subscription too, they dont say anything about releasing it for the PS3...but as i have said plenty time time will tell IMO.

Ridge racer 7..I cant even speculate, thought Grand Turismo shut them down IMO.

Ima need for speed guy lol even tho i dont own any of the recent games. SOCOM comes out in NOV, GTA4 in OCT, after my b-day

Can somebody explain 2 me what the hype behind oblivion is?

I liked the Ridge Racer games. But as you said, they didnt compare to GT. I always loved NFS as well. I think I am gonna pick up the SOCOM they have out for PSP this weekend.

You can only find out if you play it. Try playing a demo on the PC. It's guaranteed to get you hooked on it.
