yeam man lower temps and voltages with the same performance, sounds good to me

i dunno what make and stuff my heatsink and fan are but they came with the pc, but they're not by amd i don't think. just some random aluminium h/sink and a 60mm fan that goes at 5000rpm
i used to have an amd athlon 1.33ghz so it might be what coems with that

my mobo's old enough to still be socket a haha, i do have a desktop pc but the cpu fits and is supported so it's all good

Please do read the first post on what information to add, and also the correct way to post it. Your post does not have all the information required, and so has not been added to the list.

Thanks for posting, but please add the necessary information.

I guess you could add 10C to my CPU temperatures as well - it's around 40C idle and 80C load now.

I'm sorry I cannot add the last 2 replies because of the lack of information.

Not to mention the wrong format.

I don't really want to assume that you're using stock components unless you specifically said so. Same goes for the voltages and speeds. There is no need to specify these if you haven't changed them, just mention "stock".

remember, format is:
CPU@speed/Cooler/Volts/idle_temp/load_temp - Your_name

Yeah... well it's a minor update. Both temps have dropped 3C because I actually cleaned the heatsink of dust. So its now,

E6600 at 3.46GHz / Tuniq Tower / 1.48 Vcore / ? / 70

I think when it was at idle it was 39c with the mobo sensor (Tcase) that reads 56c now that the core is ~70. It's alway at 100% load.

I downloaded CoreTemp, and after the furst time I ran the program the computer restarted. Now when I try to run it, I get an error that says the processor is not an Intel Product. It is a Pentium D. Any thoughts?
