Update:
New fan, different case and higher overclock.

P4_2.40B@2.808Ghz/Scythe Zipang SCZP-1000/1.575/35/52

The load temp is the highest temp recorded during 40min Linpack stress.

Finally, the case temp is at 33-35C and the HDD temps are at 35-38C, even at max CPU or HDD stress!

AMD Phenom X4B50 @3,4GHZ @ 1,3v with the air con keeping the room temperature at about 20 degrees C,idles about 26\27 after prime (39)
HDD's ranging between 24 to 26 all seagate with the 1TB drive doing Defraggler it's sitting at 25.
GPU's idling about 30 max i have seen recorded is about 57 while running furmark 1,8 with prime
Northbridge @ 32 after prime (38)
Southbridge @ 31 after prime (37)
Ram at about 30 after prime (39)
PSU about 32 after prime (38)
most of those temps i am getting while running Prime95 64bit.

Using PC probe to get cpu temps and HWmonitor to get the rest.

Ran prime for 2hrs and 25 minutes with furmark 1,80 so i was stressing just about everything.

Amd phenom 2 955 x4@3.2 ~~stock~~stock~~36c~~67c
Fans 255mm front fan 120mm back fan

33c idle in the winter. Its currently early summer.

Current house temp 77f, this might matter.

My side 255mm fan that came with the case is not working atm, my front fan also came with the case and is working. My back fan is a high rpm 120mm fan. Case and further specs are in my specs.

AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE@3.2/Sunbeamtech Core Contact Freezer 120 mm/1.35v/32c/52c

Idle temp with CNQ enabled.

i5-750@3.6GHz/Zalman Flex, 1x120mm/Stock/38C/64C

I've only got one fan installed on the flex at the moment which is attached to the cpu fan header so the fan speed is variable.

CPU/cooling/voltages/idle-temp/load-temp (in celcius). If you have not messed with voltages (and don't know values), stock is fine. If you've changed it, enter the voltage applied.
IF YOU HAVE USED THIS LIST TO CHECK YOUR TEMPS, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON, PLEASE DO CONTRIBUTE YOUR OWN TEMPS

P4 3.4{Core speed=(1876MHz) Multiplier=(17.0)}@31892MHz/Stock & Zalman Silent/(1.375V)42C/(2.305V)51C =under-performing?

Whenever I load the system eg. pc wizard stress test. I cannot see the Monitoring program as it freezes during the test ?
Tried :-
Intel Processor ID Utility (pidenu26.msi
Core Temp 0.99.8 Download Installer
Used:-
PC-Wizard although I had to use the below link to get accurate actual core temp Installer here
CPUID Hardware Monitor application sample hwmonitor_1.16-32bit.zip
Prime95 for stress testing from Extreme overclocking

Setting your computer to performance mode in windows 7 makes a huge difference. Min cpu 5% to 100% min cpu at idle is a 15c diff for me. I fixed my side fan and added a pci fan by my gpu and im actually 4c higher at idle then I was when I last posted lol with my min cpu set at 5% like it was before. But my gaming temp is 9c lower.

A little update to what I have now:
