i am trying to play COD,MHOAA & battlefield 1942 but every time i try initiate playin it i get the same error...

pls hlp, i am desperate to play try out these games. Intel 82815 do support T & L ryt? i have read in forum that 82810 doesnt. Pls help, i would be greatful.

The Intel integrated graphics you have are a POS unfortunately and will not run any game unless it's something as old as Warcraft III or the like. You will need a standalone AGP card like this one.
BTW, is this an HP desktop PC by any chance?
