Can`t play COD,MHOAA & battlefield 1942.

Can`t play COD,MHOAA & battlefield 1942.

i am trying to play COD,MHOAA & battlefield 1942 but every time i try initiate playin it i get the same error...

my error is as follows(for COD):-

System specs
The Intel integrated graphics you have are a POS unfortunately and will not run any game unless it's something as old as Warcraft III or the like. You will need a standalone AGP card like this one.
BTW, is this an HP desktop PC by any chance?
