Delete the following bold File.

J:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\Quarantine\ppq68.tmp

Then, delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Yes, I think you should get rid of Norton, It`s a real resource hog and isn`t that good at killing viruses either. Post a fresh HJT log once you`ve got rid of Norton.

Regards Howard

I thought I did that already. All actions have already been applied.
If not, How do I delete them. I'm getting more confused.

Run AVG Antispyware and click on the infections button. Click the select all button, followed by the finally remove button.

Nevermind. I'm cracking up...I couldn't find where I was in the thread. Let me finish the last part of what you need and I'll repost. UG <-- me all confused again.

Ok I did it. I'm such a dope. What else do I need to do? I have a question for you. I like the AVAST for the email, but can you recommend an email program where I can set up filters? Something where I can set up a list of acceptable email addresses? So only certain people are allowed to email me?

Once you`ve deleted the bold file and deleted all files in AVG Antispyware, please post a fresh HJT log.

I can`t recommend an email programme and that`s probably in need of another thread in our Misc. Software & Utilities forum.

Your HJT log is clean.

However, you`re running Avast and Norton system works at the same time. This is not recommended, will slow your system down and can cause serious conflicts.

I stongly suggest you uninstall Norton system works, then install one one of the free firewall programmes below.

Zonealarm or Kerio free firewall programmes.

If you have any further virus/spyware problems, please post in this thread.

Regards Howard
