Tried spybot, smitfraudfix, adaware; can't get rid of IE popup

This is my first time placing a post ever for virus problems. All these years, I was able to read other posts to resolve my problems. But this time, I've tried everything and need expert advice.

So, hopefully I'm posting the right files. Thank you.

Hello and welcome to TechSpot.

You're running an outdated version of HijackThis. You're also running it from the wrong location.

Please go and read this and then post a fresh HijackThis log as an attachment into this thread.

Regards

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Your system is infected with some real nasties, you`re also running a completely unpatched version of Windows.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT, AVG Antispyware and Combofix logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.

Also, let me know the results of the AVG Antirootkit scan.

Regards Howard
