minidump help ...

hello all , i was wondering if someone could help me sort out my minidump ?
they are all the same an i'm at a stand still here. .

The dumps are pointing to a hardware problem. Are any components overclocked?

not sure.

i just picked this computer up from (tigerdirect.) refurbushed.
it's a Gateway GT4022, AMD Athlon 64 processer 4000+
200 gig HD, 1024MB DDR Dual Channel. the only other thing that is giving me issues is there is a Unknown PCI Device. (other devices) flag in device manger. as far as bieng over clocked could you tell me how to find out?

Four of the dumps point directly to a hardware problem. I think the only course of action is to take/send it back. It hasn't been fixed.

Probably caused by : hardware ( win32k!NtGdiBitBlt+414 )
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: IP_MISALIGNED <-- any hardware

BugCheck 1000008E, {c000001d, bf878722, f690c950, 0} <-- exception c1d - illegal instruction --> usually hardware
Probably caused by : hardware ( win32k!ProcessKeyboardInputWorker+14a )
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: IP_MISALIGNED

Probably caused by : hardware ( nv4_disp+141689 )

yes i called them (tigerdirect) an they gave me no hassles as to returning it an
sending me a replacement. i'd like to thank you for your time an effort in resolving it for me. great FORUM & STAFF here .. thanks Tripz
