W11 Desktop>Taskbar>file explorer> Pictures. WAS folders starting with Camera Roll & then other folders?

Then misc pics in numerical/alphabetical order. This morning I followed same identical path to go to Camera Roll & everything was COMPLETELY different. I did try the "sort" option, it did not work.System restore did not work. I don't wish to do a Reset to factory, but will if need be

Disregard, am resetting it to factory settings.

Everything went fine till it came to firefox. I logged into my social media acct , entered the username/password & clicked ok,.Immediatly it told me username/password incorrect, I knew the username was correct so I clicked forgot password & went thru the process of changing it. Entered username & NEW PASSWORD, got the mssage username or password incorrect. So I went to my laptop & using username & NEW PASSWORD, no problem logging in. WHY???
