System crash

Well, my problem is that my computer reboots randomly, mostly when I play music files. I first suspected my onboard sound card. I tried updating/uninstalling drivers or disabling sound card in BIOS settings to see if it is really sound card causing the problem, but it didn't change anything. I examined other threads and saw that it may be the faulty ram, I ran memtest for 8 passes, but it returned no errors. I attached some minidumps and would be grateful if you can help.

Here is my system specs:
CPU Intel Pentium 4 530J, 3016MHz(15 x 201)
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-8IPE775-G
Memory 1024MB Dual (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
Videocard Radeon 9550 (256 MB)
Soundcard On-board Realtek AC'97
Hard Disk Samsung SP1604N 160GB
Cd Drive LG CD-RW/DVD
Operating System Windows XP Professional

When did you start having these crashes and for how long? The dumps are pointing to a serious hardware failure. I would say do a Memtest but you have already done this; did you do it one stick at a time? Memtest is not infallible.

I also read Genuine Intel in your dumps. I suggest contacting Intel support with attached Minidumps. Now to be honest it is going to take someone here with more knowledge than me to fully read what is going on. Someone should be able to give you a more definitive read. Sorry that I couldn't be more help.

Dear Route44,
First, many thanks for your interest.
Well I started having crashes two months before. I also ran memtest for one stick at a time.
