ati3duag sounds like a file thats related to your graphics card drivers. Are you running an ATI branded card? Try updating to the latest drivers from ati.amd.com

This is a common problem on ASUS motherboards. Also related to JAVA, and to the automatically installed Windows ATI drivers. Bad RAM is a frequent cause.
First, update the BIOS, or assure you have current.
Download latest drivers so you have them handy.
Temporarily Turn off Firewall. Turn off Antivirus and antispyware software
Remove all ATI software. Use RegClean to remove ATI stuff from registry.
Boot in safemode. Reinstall drivers yourself. Do not allow Windows XP to do it.
Now reboot.
Run memtest from www.memtest.org. Let it run for 6 to 10 passes, or four hours, whichever takes longer.
That aggravatingly long repair effort fixes most computers giving the ATIduag.dll or ATIDvag.dll problem

Go to www.memtest.org, or go to www.majorgeeks.com, then scroll down to the memory section. There are many versions that function in a variety of ways.
