Window bounces up and down when using Outlook?
Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out whats wrong with my friends computer. When he uses Microsoft Outlook the window jumps up and down, and when he tries to move the scroll bar it just dissapears. The comp also beeps when he tries to hit a button in Outlook. No Viruses, or spy ware detected. Should i try reinstalling Outlook? Thank You.
